Delving into your sales strategy to see how it works  

What is currently working, and what isn’t and how we can see more conversions

Creating a 90 day sales plan.  

This plan will be tailored to you and your business 

Looking at the close in your business  

How you can make it more effective so you close   more people and encourage them to buy

Creating a plan for follow up 

We want to make sure you are consistently following up with potential clients, past clients and existing clients 

Looking at upselling and downselling   

What else do have you have on offer and how are you positioning it

Moving forwards creating a plan to take massive action.
